Ingadi means ‘garden’ in isiZulu, the language of the Zulu tribe, the largest ethnic group in South Africa where I grew up. Zulu is the most widely spoken language there, and the word Zulu means ‘people of the sky’.
I now call Australia home, and while much of the terrain and climate is quite similar, it has been said I bring something different to the places I’ve developed and maintained!
I’m passionate about land, soil, trees, shrubs, flowers, cacti… just about anything that grows.Ā Many have mentioned my green fingers š and I’ve put this to the test on all the gardens and landscapes I’ve designed and maintained, or revived and revitalised…
